Opportunity Details:

• Location: Enumclaw, WA

• Facility: Community-Based Emergency Department

• Contract Type: Locum Tenens (Emergency Medicine)

• Start Date: June 1, 2025

• Shift Schedule:

  • Day Shift: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM

  • Night Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM

• Shifts Needed: 8-10 shifts/month

• Assignment Duration: 3-6 months

Program Information:

• Annual ED Volume: 13,500

• Patients per Hour: 1.7

• ED Beds: 13

• Advanced Practice Provider Coverage: None

• Scribe Coverage: Available (at provider expense)

• EMR System: EPIC

• Admission Rate: 9%

• Trauma Transfers: Higher acuity cases transferred to designated trauma centers

Provider Requirements:

• Board Certification: Emergency Medicine (BE/BC; must certify within 5 years of residency)

• Licensure: Active WA Medical License preferred

• DEA: Required

• Schedule Flexibility: Must be able to work both day and night shifts
