Outpatient FP/IM Locums in IL - No Call + Quick Credentialing

Practice Setting

• Outpatient-only care-no inpatient duties
• Serve a Medicare-aged population in a Spanish-speaking setting
• Work alongside NPs, RNs, and dedicated MA/scribe support

Schedule

• Monday-Friday, 8AM-5PM
  • Minimum 3-month assignment with possibility to extend
  • Predictable weekday schedule with no weekends

Procedures and Cases

• No procedures required
• Manage chronic conditions like diabetes, hypertension, CHF, CAD
• Mild cognitive concerns are common among this senior population
• Bread-and-butter primary care with complex case management

Requirements

• MDs only-board-certified Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
• Active Illinois license
• DEA required and 12+ months of experience
• Fluency in Spanish is highly advantageous
