Rhino Medical is leading the charge seeking Board Certified Emergency Medicine Physicians for an exciting locum tenens opportunity in Macon, GA. This role offers flexible scheduling, a well-supported emergency department, and strong specialty backup in a Level III Trauma Center.

Opportunity Details:

• Location: Macon, GA
• Contract Type: Emergency Medicine Locum Tenens
• Shift Schedule:
  • Physician Coverage: 10-hour shifts ( 6a-4p, 8a-6p, 12p-10p, 4p-2a, 8p-6a)
  • APP Coverage: 8-hour shifts (10a-6p)
• Start Date: ASAP - Ongoing
• Work-Life Balance: Flexible scheduling options

Facility Details:

• Trauma Level: III
• Annual ED Volume: 42K visits
• ED Beds: 25
• EMR System: EPIC

Provider Requirements:

• Board Certification: ABEM or ABFM/ABIM (with Emergency Medicine experience)
• Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, ATLS (ATLS not required for ABEM-certified providers)
• Experience: 1+ year Emergency Medicine experience required for non-EM-trained physicians
• License: Active & Unrestricted Georgia Medical License & DEA
