ID licensed candidates are preferred, but we are open to serious candidates in need of licensure. The previous positions are referenced for sourcing new candidates. This role includes both emergency call coverage and scheduled OR cases. Candidates will also participate in inpatient rounding, including weekends. Up to two weeks per month of cardiovascular surgery call coverage is needed. Support for cardiac, thoracic, and vascular surgery is essential. The practice utilizes Meditech as the electronic medical record system. Support staff includes a full nursing team, one full-time APP, and three full-time surgeons.
