Responsibilities and Duties:
• Provide comprehensive inpatient care for a variety of medical conditions
• Manage respiratory issues, generalized weakness, and post-surgical recovery cases
• Perform intubations, ventilator management, and central line placements
• Conduct patient rounds and assessments
• Develop and implement treatment plans
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals and specialists
• Respond to medical emergencies and manage critical situations
• Maintain accurate and detailed medical records using TrueBridge (formerly known as CPSI/Thrive)
• Adhere to all hospital policies, procedures, and safety protocols
• Provide patient and family education
• Manage 24/7 call duties as the sole provider on shift
