The Details:
- Location: Santa Cruz/Scotts Valley, CA
- Schedule:
- Tuesdays & Wednesdays: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- Thursdays: 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM
- Start Date: ASAP - Ongoing
- Clinical Setting: On-site employee health for a highly respected, well-supported academic system
- Practice Type: Outpatient only, primary care and employee wellness services
- Pace: Low volume, appointment-based

Candidate Profile:
- License: Active California NP License
- Certifications: BLS, DEA (preferred)
- Experience: 1+ year in primary care, urgent care, or employee health
