About The Position We are seeking a skilled Family Practice Nurse Practitioner for a 196-day locum tenens assignment providing telehealth services for an Urgent Care facility. Starting on 05/26/2025, this opportunity offers flexible 5-8 hour shifts, Monday through Sunday, with full-time availability required. The ideal candidate will be comfortable conducting telemedicine visits via Facetime, assessing patient needs, prescribing medications, and managing oxygen requirements remotely. This role focuses on Clinic Care Management (CCM), with telehealth visits typically lasting 10-15 minutes. The NP will be responsible for providing comprehensive care to patients calling from their homes, including consultations and home care management.

Responsibilities and Duties:
• Conduct telehealth visits via Facetime with patients

• Participate in Clinic Care Management (CCM) programs
