A large hospital is seeking a neonatal nurse practitioner for locum tenens coverage.
The facility is located in southeastern Pennsylvania.
This position is a Monday through Friday role, 7 a.m. to 7 p.m., caring for 15-20 newborn infants in a 25-bed perinatal newborn unit. Candidates must be certified as a pediatric or family medicine nurse practitioner, with experience in newborn evaluation and medical management; phlebotomy skills are preferred but not required. The facility uses Cerner for both inpatient and outpatient charting, and applicants need 2-3 references in pediatrics and/or neonatology.
