Job Title: Neonatal Nurse Practitioner - Locum Tenens Job Specialty: Neonatology Nurse Practitioner Job Duration: 13 months Shift: Day - 12x2, 07AM start time, 12 or 24-hour shifts (7AM-7PM or 7AM-7AM) Guaranteed Hours: 8 hours Experience: Significant experience in high-volume delivery room settings preferred License: Must be board certified or eligible Certifications: Other required certifications Must-Have: Experience in neonatal intensive care units, specifically level 3 NICU Job Description: - Seeking two additional providers with significant availability for locum tenens positions. - Coverage will encompass multiple locations, providing care in level 3 NICUs. - Candidates will handle smaller and more intensive cases, especially in high-volume delivery settings. - Engage in unit-based support, attend deliveries, and perform procedures. - Collaborate with neonatal physicians who conduct daily patient check-ins. - Utilize office facilities for administrative tasks during and after shifts. - Providers may work either 12 or 24-hour shifts depending on the facility and coverage needs. - Local candidates preferred but options available for traveling candidates with extended shift arrangements. - Credentialing process estimated to take 60-90 days.
