This innovative opportunity begins on 5/12/2025 , offering flexible scheduling throughout the week, with peak hours between 7:00 AM and 11:00 AM Pacific Time. Providers will conduct annual wellness visits via telehealth, review patient medical histories, interpret at-home test kit results, and provide personalized advice and diagnoses. This role allows for autonomy in scheduling and patient selection, with the ability to prescribe medications as necessary. • Conduct annual wellness visits via telehealth platform
• Review patient medical history and interpret at-home test kit results
• Analyze biometric screening data including glucose, cholesterol, blood pressure, body mass index, and heart rate
• Establish diagnoses and initial plans of care when applicable
• Provide personalized advice and recommendations based on test results and medical history
• Prescribe medications as necessary
• Review and edit transcribed patient conversations
• Manage notification settings for patient availability
• Adapt to flexible scheduling, including evenings and weekends Additional Information:
