The facility is located in Farmington, CT. We are seeking a Hematology/Oncology specialist for an outpatient clinic. The position is full-time, starting ASAP and lasting until at least September, with a potential May/June start. The schedule is four 10-hour shifts from 8 AM to 6:30 PM, with no call or weekend requirements. The daily patient volume is 8-10. Hospital privileges are required, with a credentialing timeframe of 60 days. The EMR system used is EPIC, and the clinic is supported by RN's, MA's, and a COA. ONS Chemotherapy Certification is required for this role. An active state license is strongly preferred for submission.
