Responsibilities and Duties:


• Conduct urology consultations and follow-up appointments


• Manage patients with kidney stones and bladder infections


• Handle routine urological cases


• Perform clinical assessments and develop treatment plans


• Utilize Epic EMR system for documentation


• Collaborate with urologists and other healthcare professionals


• Provide patient education on urological conditions and treatments


• Order and interpret diagnostic tests and imaging studies


• Prescribe medications and therapies as appropriate


• Maintain accurate and detailed medical records


• Stay updated on the latest advancements in clinical urology


• Adhere to all hospital policies and procedures


• Manage time efficiently to accommodate patient appointments


Requirements:


• Active California state Nurse Practitioner license


• Certification in Urology or related field


• Experience in clinical urology, including consultations and follow-ups


• Proficiency in managing common urological conditions


• Familiarity with Epic EMR


• Excellent clinical skills and attention to detail


• Strong communication and interpersonal skills


• Ability to work independently in an outpatient setting
