The position requires 24-hour shifts, with 2-3 shifts per week every other week. The NP will be the sole provider, responsible for both walk-in clinic and emergency room care in a slow-paced environment. Start Date: April 14, 2025 Length of Assignment: 30 days Schedule: 2-3 twenty-four hour shifts (7am-7am) per week, every other week Facility Location: Kentucky Provider Needed: Nurse Practitioner specializing in Emergency Medicine Type of Facility: Hospital Requirements:
• Active Kentucky NP license
• BLS certification
• ACLS certification
• PALS certification
• DEA license
• Ability to intubate or perform LMA insertion Responsibilities:
• Serve as the sole provider for both walk-in clinic and emergency room
• Handle a wide range of medical conditions and emergencies
• Perform intubations or LMA insertions when necessary
• Manage approximately 7-12 patients per day
• Work independently in a slow-paced environment Additional Information:
• Strong ER experience required to handle any presenting case
• Must be comfortable working alone
