About The Position

Borger, TX CRNA Locum Tenens Opportunity Independent Practice + OB Coverage

Rhino Medical is leading the charge seeking experienced Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs) for an independent practice assignment in Borger, Texas.

This is a high-autonomy CRNA opportunity ideal for providers who thrive in a rural hospital setting, enjoy a wide case mix, and are comfortable managing OB, regional, and general cases independently. Work with a small but collaborative team in a facility that values clinical independence, patient safety, and flexible coverage rotation.

Assignment Details

• Location: Borger, TX

• Facility Type: Community Hospital - Independent CRNA Model

• Contract Type: Locum Tenens - CRNA

• Coverage Dates: July through September (extensions possible)

• Minimum Commitment: 2 weeks per month

• Shifts:

  • Day Shift Coverage (Monday-Friday)

  • Call: Every other week (shared between 2 CRNAs)

Case Mix & Clinical Environment

• Practice Model: Independent - no supervision or medical direction

• Case Types:

  • General

  • Orthopedics

  • Pediatric Dental

  • OB (Including Epidurals)

  • Regional Blocks: Yes - required

• OB Volume: 15-20 deliveries per month

• Anesthesia Charting: Paper

• Hospital EMR: Cerner

Candidate Requirements

• License: Active Texas CRNA License

• Certifications: NBCRNA, BLS, ACLS (PALS preferred)

• Experience: Confident in autonomous practice, regional anesthesia, and OB cases

• Availability: Minimum 2 weeks/month Must be willing to take call every other week
