- Setting: 492-Bed Level III Trauma Center
- Practice Type: Directed
- Schedule:
- 12-Hour Shifts (7:00a - 7:00p) w/ nightly beeper call
- Call: OR-Call Only
- Cases: Cardiac cases; General, Ortho, Neuro, Urology, Plastics and minimal PEDS (B&B) as needed

Job Description:
- Assist in the directing and coordinating of activities in the Anesthesia Department
- Responsible for the medical management of patients who are rendered unconscious and/or insensible to pain and emotional stress during surgery and other medical procedures
- Pre-anesthesia assessment
- Obtains and/or verifies patient consent
- Discuss anesthetic options and risks with the patient
- Induction, maintenance, and emergence from anesthesia
- Performance of clinical intervention as needed
Candidate Requirements:
- Active Arkansas State License
- Graduate of an accredited program
- Certifications: BLS, ACLS, ATLS
