Provider Requirements:
- Certifications: NBCRNA Certified
- Licensure: Active Oklahoma State License & Unrestricted DEA
- Additional Certifications: BLS, ACLS (preferred)
- Experience: Proficient in Regional Blocks and Autonomous Practice Settings
