An Ultrasound Vascular Technologist in New York performs vascular ultrasound exams to assess blood flow and identify abnormalities.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct Exams: Perform vascular ultrasound exams.
- Prepare Patients: Explain procedures and prepare patients.
- Analyze Images: Review and provide preliminary findings.
- Maintain Equipment: Ensure proper maintenance of ultrasound equipment.
- Document: Accurately record patient information and results.
Requirements
- Certification: RVT, RVS, ARDMS, or equivalent.
- Education: Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Diagnostic Medical Sonography.
- Experience: Preferably with prior vascular ultrasound experience.
- Licensure: Valid New York State license if required.

- Skills: Proficient in ultrasound techniques, strong analytical skills.
