Pay rate : $ 65 - $ 70 /hour on W2
Job Summary: we seeking a Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer (RDMS) to join the Radiology Diagnostic department.
The Ultrasound Tech will perform diagnostic ultrasound examinations and procedures in an acute hospital setting, ensuring high-quality patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform general ultrasound examinations as ordered by physicians in an acute care environment.
Maintain accurate and detailed patient records and reports.
Operate ultrasound equipment safely and efficiently.
Assist in patient preparation and positioning for procedures.
Adhere to hospital policies and procedures including patient confidentiality and safety protocols.
Participate in rotating weekend shifts and work scheduled holidays as required.
Collaborate with healthcare team members to provide quality patient care.
Qualifications:
Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer (RDMS) credential by American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS) - Required.
Minimum 1 year of general registered ultrasound experience in an acute care setting.
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification - Preferred.
Ability to work rotating weekends and holidays as scheduled.
