Position Highlights: - Shifts: PRN - flexible scheduling options - Location: Omaha, NE - Setting: Specialty hospital environment Responsibilities: - Administer respiratory therapy treatments, including oxygen therapy, nebulization, and chest physiotherapy. - Monitor and assess patients' respiratory conditions and respond to changes in status. - Perform diagnostic tests such as arterial blood gases (ABGs) and pulmonary function tests. - Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement care plans. - Ensure accurate documentation of all treatments and patient responses. Qualifications: - Valid Respiratory Therapist license in Nebraska (RRT or CRT). - Current BLS and ACLS certifications. - Previous experience in acute or specialty hospital settings preferred. - Strong critical thinking and communication skills.
