WCS Healthcare is seeking a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) for a 3-month assignment in Flushing, NY. This role involves developing and implementing nutrition programs for patients in both home and clinical settings. Temp to perm role.
Job Function:
- Day Shift.
- 9:00 am-5:00 pm.
Develop and manage personalized nutrition plans based on individual health needs.
Evaluate dietary habits and design tailored meal plans to support optimal health.
Educate patients and caregivers on proper nutrition, dietary restrictions, and meal preparation.
Monitor patient progress and adjust nutrition plans as needed.
Maintain accurate documentation of assessments, treatment plans, and patient outcomes.
Job Requirements:
Valid New York State license as a Certified Dietitian Nutritionist (CDN).
Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) certification.
1 year of experience in clinical nutrition.
1 year of experience working with frail or elderly populations.
