Title: Radiology Technologist Location: Newark, DE 19718 Shift: Days The successful candidate will be responsible for: Complete knowledge and proficiency in the use of radiographic equipment Developing and identifying radiographs; which includes proper identification of film, date and time Performing clerical duties when necessary: receptionist and scheduling duties, completes forms on clinical, etc. and various filing duties Assisting with the training of radiology technology students Using and performing QC on PACS, Computed Radiography, and/or Digital Radiography Systems Operating the following equipment: Seimans, Phillips, and Ziehm Burn patient CD's EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: 3 years' experience as a staff technologist. Completion of two-year program in Radiology Technology is required. Associates Degree in Radiology Science is preferred. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be substituted. RT Technologist experience preferred ARRT Registered Technologist required Delaware license Certification in CPR Flexibility in hours and duties is required Schedule: 4x10hr shift schedule 1-2 days of call per week every 6th weekend call "We are an equal opportunity employer.
