Our client is seeking a skilled Radiologic Technologist for an exciting opportunity in the Bronx, NY. This role offers the chance to work in a dynamic healthcare environment, providing high-quality imaging services to patients.
Job Function:
Perform diagnostic radiologic examinations on patients requiring x-ray procedures.
Work in various departments, including the Emergency Room (E.R.), Operating Room (O.R.), and with both inpatients and outpatients.
Ensure accurate and efficient imaging while adhering to safety protocols.
Collaborate with healthcare teams to provide comprehensive care during radiology procedures.
Maintain patient records and ensure proper documentation of all imaging procedures.
Job Requirements:
High School Diploma required.
Graduate of an A.M.A.-approved school for Radiologic Technology.
BLS (Basic Life Support) certification.
Current New York State (NYS) license as a Radiologic Technologist.
ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists) certification.
2 years of experience in radiologic technology, with demonstrated x-ray competency.
