Walk-In Clinic Physician Assistant - Locum Opportunity Williston, ND
We're seeking a dedicated and experienced Physician Assistant to join a busy Walk-In Clinic in Williston, North Dakota on a locum basis. This is a great opportunity for providers who enjoy a fast-paced, team-oriented environment with no inpatient responsibilities.
Position Details:
- Schedule: Monday - Friday 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM
- Shifts: 3x 12-hour shifts/week
- Setting: Walk-In Clinic
- Start: As soon as credentialed
- Credentialing Timeline: 30 days
- Patients per Day: Up to 40 (depending on complexity)
- Support Staff: PCPs, triage nurses, 1:1 nursing support, CNAs
- EMR: Allscripts AEHR
Duties Include:
- Performing physical exams
- Diagnosing and treating acute conditions
- Ordering tests and prescribing treatment
- Performing minor procedures (e.g., I&D, suturing)
- Completing documentation within 24 hours
- Collaborating with clinical team and providing excellent patient education
Requirements:
- Board Certified or Board Eligible
- Active ND License or IMLC LOQ in hand
- BLS & DEA - Required
- Clean malpractice history - Required
- Previous Walk-In or Urgent Care experience preferred
