Position Type: FT $5K sign on bonus Health insurance, 401K, $1500 annual CCU coverage, paid holidays, PTO. General Summary: A licensed physical therapist in Texas evaluates, diagnoses, and creates individualized treatment plans to restore function, improve mobility, and reduce pain. This role is within a surgeon-owned outpatient orthopedics facility and focuses on re-establishing patients' functional levels. Essential Responsibilities: - Assess patients, create treatment plans, and document progress. - Implement rehab strategies to improve mobility and strength. - Collaborate with healthcare teams to promote patient independence. Requirements: - 1-2 years of experience (new grads welcome). - Active Texas PT license. - Must be able to work in the U.S. without sponsorship. Additional Details: - Compensation: $90K max salary with 4+ years of experience; $5K sign-on bonus. - Benefits: Health insurance, 401K, $1500 annual CCU coverage, paid holidays, PTO. - Schedule: Full-time, clinic hours are MW 9:30-6:30, TTH 7-4, F 7-1. - Patients per week: 60. - Location: Southlake & far north Irving, TX. - Relocation: Considered, but costs not guaranteed. - Hiring process: Virtual initial interview, background check, drug screening, and proof of licensing.
