Position Overview:
As an Occupational Therapist, you will play a vital role in assessing, developing, and implementing personalized therapy plans to support patients of all ages in achieving their maximum potential. You'll collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes and contribute to our mission of delivering exceptional care.


Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to develop individualized treatment plans.
- Implement evidence-based therapy interventions tailored to patient needs.
- Work collaboratively with a multi-disciplinary team to provide holistic patient care.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
- Educate patients and families on therapy goals, home exercises, and long-term strategies for success.
- Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with regulatory standards.
- Stay current with the latest research and trends in occupational therapy.
- Participate in team meetings, case conferences, and continuing education opportunities.


Qualifications:
- Valid New York State license as an Occupational Therapist.
- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy (Master's preferred).
- Current CPR certification.
- Strong clinical, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a collaborative healthcare team.
- Passion for patient-centered care and helping individuals improve their quality of life.
