WCS Healthcare is currently seeking a Nurse Supervisor for a contract assignment at a prestigious surgery center in Brooklyn, NY.
Job Function:
- Day Shift.
- 7am - 3:30pm.
Develop and implement nursing policies to ensure a well-organized care environment.
Assign and oversee clinical tasks for support staff.
Manage medication schedules and coordinate with the medical team.
Conduct staff evaluations and uphold patient care standards.
Maintain patient and employee records in compliance with HIPAA regulations.

Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing from an accredited college or university required.
- Valid New York State RN license.
- 2 years of experience as an RN Supervisor; acute care background preferred.
