Nurse Manager Full-Time Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:30 PM On-Call Rotation Every 6 Weeks The Nurse Manager is a dynamic leader focused on clinical excellence, staff development, and resident-centered care. This role supports a home-like care model and drives quality improvement through collaboration and coaching. Key Responsibilities Supervise staff performance, including hiring, coaching, and onboarding Lead quality and operational initiatives through team-based processes Participate in QAPI efforts and facility committees Support policy development and care planning Address resident and family concerns to enhance quality of life Qualifications RN license required Bachelor's in Nursing; Master's preferred 5+ years of healthcare leadership experience Strong leadership and long-term care experience preferred
