Our client is seeking to hire a Registered Nurse (Operating Room) for a reputable medical center in Guilford, CT. This is a temporary-to-permanent opportunity with the potential for long-term placement.
Job Function:
- Day Shift.
- 7am- 3:30pm.
Collect patient health information by asking diagnostic questions and documenting symptoms and medical history for physician review.
Monitor patients for changes in symptoms and respond promptly in emergency situations.
Administer medications, draw blood, and give vaccinations in accordance with clinical guidelines and safety protocols.
Measure and record vital signs, including temperature, pulse, respiration, and blood pressure, maintaining accurate and detailed records.
Stay current on medical developments, regulations, drug therapies, equipment, and treatment procedures to ensure high-quality patient care.

Job Requirements:
- 2 years of clinical nursing experience required.
Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing or holder of a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN).
Current Registered Nurse (RN) license for the state of employment, or willingness to obtain.
BLS (Basic Life Support) certification from the American Heart Association.
