Stepdown unit with Ventilator management, Sedation (Precedex) Drips, Cardiac (Cardizem, Cardene) Drips 6 Months required with Ventilator management, 1 year preferred. ACLS, NIHSS required 3:1 Ratio, 12 Bed unit. Medical more than surgical patients with pulmonary team assigned to them.
