WCS Healthcare is currently seeking an Emergency Room Registered Nurse for a contract assignment at a prestigious hospital in Camden, NJ.
Job Function:
- Day Shift.
- 7am - 7pm.
Manage the care of adult and/or pediatric patients with life-threatening conditions requiring complex assessment and interventions.
Provide IV insertion, medication administration, blood draws, and other essential medical procedures.
Prepare patients for surgery or diagnostic testing as needed.
Deliver education, support, and comfort to patients and their families during emergency care.
Communicate closely with the healthcare team and independently recognize when early intervention is necessary.
Job Requirements:
Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing or hold a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN).
Current RN license for the state of New Jersey.
BLS, ACLS, PALS, and TNCC certifications from the American Heart Association are required.
3 years of Emergency Room RN experience, including at least 2 years in a Level 1 Trauma Center.
