Our client is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join the Adult Psychiatric Unit in Brooklyn, NY. This is a dynamic inpatient setting consisting of two acute-care units that support a diverse adult population with complex mental health needs. Nurses here work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment that emphasizes high-quality psychiatric care and professional growth within a supportive team structure.
Job Function:
- Day Shift or Night Shift.
- 8:00am - 8:30pm or 8:00pm - 8:30am.
Provide nursing care to adult patients with a range of psychiatric diagnoses, including schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, and major depression.
Collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team to support individualized treatment planning and ensure continuity of care.
Support crisis stabilization efforts and contribute to a safe, therapeutic environment across a combined 70-bed psychiatric setting.
Job Requirements:
2 years of nursing experience.
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license required.
BLS certification required.
