Location: Menino 6 East
Shift Type: FLEX - 12-Hour Shifts
Schedule: 36 hours/week, Day/Night rotation
- Every other weekend (EOW)
- Every other holiday (EOH)
Job Description: Join a high-performing Acute Medical Surgical unit with a strong focus on telemetry and patient-centered care.
- 36-bed unit
- Nurse-to-patient ratio: typically 1:4 or 1:5
- Work closely with a multidisciplinary team dedicated to exceptional patient outcomes and safety
Required Experience: - Minimum 2 years of acute care experience
- Strong telemetry skills - must independently read and interpret rhythm strips
- Must pass a Telemetry Test on Day 1 with 85% or higher
Preferred Experience:
- EPIC EMR system
- Travel nursing experience
