Business Integra Inc is seeking a local contract nurse RN Case Management for a local contract nursing job in Boston, Massachusetts.

Position: RN Case Manager
Schedule: 4 10 hour day shifts, rotating every 6th weekend, no major holidays
Unit: MS/T - Menino 7 West (Stroke & Med/Surg patients)
Required Experience:
- 3+ years in acute inpatient care and med/surg
- Strong understanding of medical/surgical practices, patient assessment, and care planning
- Familiarity with benefits, eligibility, and plan contracts
Preferred Experience:
- 5+ years in Utilization Management (UM) and Case Management (CM)
- Experience with EPIC
Certifications:
- Required: BSN
- Preferred: CCM or equivalent certification
Responsibilities:
- Manage 18-22 patients using a collaborative case management approach
- Assess, plan, and coordinate care for efficient, quality outcomes
- Determine medical necessity using InterQual and Medicare inpatient lists
- Support length-of-stay management and resource utilization
