Job Title: ECG Monitoring Technician (Hybrid Role)

Location: Malvern, PA (Local candidates only)
Duration: 1 Year
Work Model: Hybrid after completion of training


Key Responsibilities:

  • ECG Analysis & Documentation:
    Review ECG recordings and algorithm outputs for accuracy and completeness. Assess recordings for clinical notification criteria and document all relevant actions.
  • Communication & Escalation:
    Notify Level II Monitoring Technicians per physician notification protocols for abnormal ECG findings.
  • Quality Assurance:
    Ensure that ECG readings and reports meet internal standards and are ready for physician review.
  • Emergency Response Support:
    Assist in initiating EMS activation when clinically necessary.
  • Customer Support:
    Use the WE CARE approach to answer patient calls and provide excellent customer service.
  • Policy Adherence:
    Follow all company and departmental procedures.
  • General Duties:
    Handle other responsibilities as assigned.

Education & Experience Requirements:

  • Minimum Education:
    High School Diploma or GED
  • Experience:
    At least 6 months of relevant clinical or monitoring experience
  • Licenses/Certifications (Required - any of the following):
    • CRAT (Certified Rhythm Analysis Technician)
    • CCT (Certified Cardiographic Technician)
    • RN (Registered Nurse)
    • Paramedic/EMT with current ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)
