Job Overview:
Protouch Staffing is hiring Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVNs) for long-term contract roles at Kerrville State Hospital. Ideal candidates will have experience in behavioral or psychiatric settings and be comfortable delivering both basic and advanced nursing care.
Responsibilities:
- Administer medications and treatments
- Perform trach care, wound care, g-tube/j-tube care, and respiratory procedures
- Monitor vitals and health conditions
- Document in electronic health records
- Provide training to new staff and assist in care planning
- Participate in a 4-week initial training (8 AM - 5 PM, Mon-Fri)
Requirements:
- Valid Texas LVN license
- Behavioural health or psychiatric experience preferred
- Update Resume
- Socials and Driving License
- Strong clinical and teamwork skills
Pay: $40 Weekdays / $42 Weekends (weekly pay) Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision Referral Bonus Available Urgent Hiring
