Contract: 13 weeks Possible Extension
Tentative Hours/Week: 36 (3 12).
Shift: Days and Nights
Requirement:
Minimum 1 year of LPN experience.
LPN License of NY, BLS (AHA)
Pay Rate:
Regular (For Local Resident or Non-Traveler): $38.00/Hour
Blended (For Traveler): $40.00/Hour
Weekly Gross Package based on Tentative Hours:
For Local Resident or Non-Traveler: $1,368/Week as W2 Pay (Taxable)
For Traveler: $1,440/week
