Your Key Responsibilities: - Deliver 1:1 nursing care to medically fragile patients in the home setting
- Administer prescribed medications, treatments, and therapies with accuracy and care
- Complete thorough and timely documentation of nursing actions and patient responses
- Educate and support patients and families on health management and disease prevention
- Follow individualized plans of care developed in coordination with physicians and clinical teams

Requirements to Apply: - Active Texas Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) License (Required)
- Nursing license in good standing
- Excellent attention to detail and clinical accuracy
- Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills
- Effective problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Home health experience preferred, but not required
- Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. (No visa sponsorship provided)
