Pride Health is hiring a Medical Lab Technician V to support our client's medical facility based in Nashville, TN 37236 Location: Nashville, TN 37236 Shift Details: 7.00am-3:30pm/Rotating Saturdays or on call Duration - 06 + months with possible extension Start Date: ASAP Pay Highlights: $32- $38.50/hour Key Responsibilities: Perform laboratory testing in Hematology, Coagulation, and Urinalysis. Run and maintain lab instruments, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. Strong hematology, and Flow Cytometry Tech experience required. Follow lab protocols and CLIA regulations for testing. Collaborate with a team of lab professionals to support patient diagnostics. Ensure timely and accurate reporting of test results. Utilize Cerner PathNet as the Laboratory Information System (LIS). Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's Degree in Medical Technology, Clinical Laboratory Science, Biology, or Chemistry (with relevant lab experience) OR Associate's Degree in Medical Technology (MLT) Certifications: ASCP or AMT (Preferred). Experience: Minimum of 1 year of relevant lab experience (Required) Experience in a Core Lab setting (Preferred) Preferred Skills: Proficiency in Hematology, Coagulation, and Urinalysis testing Generalist experience in laboratory testing Experience with Cerner PathNet LIS Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced lab setting Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Offered pay rate will be based on education, experience, and healthcare credit.
