The Crox Group is seeking a local contract Interventional Radiology Technologist for a local contract job in Bronx, New York.

Duties:

• An interventional radiology technologist will assists interventional radiologists with minimally invasive, image-guided procedures that use instruments to treat conditions in the body.
• They are responsible for operating and maintaining specialized imaging equipment, administering contrast dyes, and ensuring patient safety and comfort throughout the procedure.

Skills:

• 1 year Experience using angiographic equipment, balloon angioplasty and stenting.
• Preferred that candidates have knowledge in CT

Education:

• A valid license as a radiologic technologist issued by the NYSDOH, Interventional Radiography Certification issued by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) required.
• ACLS and BLS preferred.

Minimum Degree Required:

• Associate's Degree (Community College, MBO)
