  • Rental Car/Mileage: $400 weekly stipend
  • Lodging: $150/day (covers day before, days worked, and day after shift)

• Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS
• Licensure: NY (will license qualified candidates)
• Experience: New grads welcome
• Residency Requirement: Must reside 60+ miles from the facility

• General, GYN, Bariatric, Spinal, OB, Ortho (with blocks), Neuro, Minimal Peds
• CRNAs may perform blocks and practice at the top of their scope

• Anesthesia Rooms: 8
• Supervision Model: MDs supervise CRNAs (1:3 ratio)
• EMR System: Paper charting
• Environment: Ortho-focused facility with high autonomy for CRNAs

• Interview: Conducted by Site Chief
• Privileging: 30 days (ad hoc committee review)
• Vaccination Requirements: Flu vaccine required
