WCS Healthcare is currently seeking a Radiology Technician for a contract assignment at a prestigious hospital system in Paramus, NJ.
Job Function:
- Day Shift.
- 4x10: 8am - 6:30pm.
Follow physicians' instructions on the specific area of the patient's body requiring imaging.
Guide patients through the procedure, addressing questions to help reduce stress or concerns.
Apply proper imaging techniques, including patient shielding, to minimize radiation exposure.
Maintain accurate patient records and manage radiology supply inventory, placing orders as needed.
Ensure a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
Job Requirements:
- 1 year of Radiology Technician experience in this specialty.
- NJ Diagnostic Radiologic Technologist License required.
- At least 1 year of Cath Lab Tech experience is required.
