Title :- Physician Assistant
Shift :- M-F(8-5) Days (4x10), 40hrs Weekly
Location :- Craig, CO 81625
Sign on Bonus :- Available
Practice Model: Family Practice - all ages. Would work with Family Practice team of three physicians. Clinic has other specialties including Pediatrics, General Surgery, Dermatology, Orthopedics and Pain Management.
Schedule: 4 days/week (10 hour days). Clinic is open Monday-Friday, 8-5. Closed weekends and holidays.
Call: Shared phone call with other family practice providers. No on-site response required.
