Description:
Role Definition: Provides support to the Servicing Department with Project Coordination and System Administration.
I. Processes collateral changes, title transfers & name changes.
II. Coordination of all Servicing Department projects to include: SOC, Deloitte Compliance, Investor, Loan Transfers/Sales, Agency & State regulated audits.
III. Responsible for administration and all aspects of MERS relationship
IV. Responsible for administration of Servicing Department systems and applications.
V. Coordination of all repurchase/purchase activity for IBMC portfolio
VI. Backup for Investor Reconcilation
Requirements:
Required Education: High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
Required Work Experience: Three to Five years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Technology Skills: Proficient in Excel, Word
Required Skills or traits for the position: Excellent customer service and time management skills, effective written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail, & work effectively in team environment.
Specialized Training/Certifications: Knowledge in Mortgage Banking Industry
