Overview We're seeking a reliable part-time Loan Operations Administrative Assistant to join our Cross Plains Support Center office to assist in management and organization of our lending files. This position will provide administrative support to our Loan Operations team through mail sorting, filing, and general office maintenance. This position will be very flexible in terms of hours and daily schedule, but will most likely require no more than 20 hours per week.
Responsibilities- Assist with filing, organizing, and maintaining physical and digital records.
- Perform general office tasks and ensuring a clean and organized workspace.
- Perform photocopying, scanning, and binding tasks for various departments.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail.
- Work closely with the department to support day-to-day tasks and projects.
Qualifications- Experience in a similar office or customer service role preferred but not required
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- Ability to keep information confidential
- Ability to read, write, understand and speak English clearly
- Ability to represent the organization in a professional, positive manner
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks with efficiency and attention to detail
- Comfortable working with scanning equipment and computer storage systems
