In this role you will work directly with the sales team and banks/funders to provide impeccable and exemplary customer service in managing and securing funding for your clients.

In addition to providing administrative support to the sales team, the Loan Processor will communicate and work closely with banks and clients to make sure all documentation is correct and ready for the lender's approval.
Loan Processor's key responsibilities:
- Work closely with banks/funders to understand the types of financing offered.
- Maintain accurate client profiles and account information.
- Respond to client calls and emails with high level of urgency and attention to detail.
- Assist in researching and reading a variety of background checks and credit bureau reports.
- Process and document client assets and all aspects of the loan to prepare for approval
- Act as liaison between client and lender.

This is a fully in office position located in Kirkland Loan Processor desired qualifications:- Strong proficiency in MS Suite and CRM's
- Experience reading credit reports is preferred
- 1 year of commercial banking or finance experience preferred
- Elevated communication skills, written and verbal, including grammar and spelling
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a pro-active work ethic
- Strong ability to multi-task and prioritize
Pay: $90-100k Base Salary
