POSITION OVERVIEW
In the position of Loan Officer, the individual will be responsible for using CMG's suite of mortgage solutions to provide valuable mortgage solutions to our customers.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and sell valuable mortgage solutions to both new and existing clients across the country.
- Maintain strong compliance results across all areas from phone solicitation through application and funding.
- Gather and analyze customer documentation for loan submission in accordance with CMG's underwriting guidelines and procedures.
- Meet all required minimum performance standards as it pertains to activity, lead conversion, and fundings.
- Work with various corporate departments to provide best-in-class service to all of CMG's customers for both purchase and refinance transactions.
Preferred Qualifications and Experience:
- Exceptional phone sales and presentation abilities.
- Proven success in a Direct-to-Consumer mortgage sales model
- Ability to work in a fast-paced fluid environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High level of integrity and confidentiality.
- Ability to maintain competitive and coachable
- Active Mortgage Loan Officer License via the NMLS
