Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Loan Officer Assistant. The Loan Officer Assistant will support loan officers by managing loan files, verifying loan documents, and communicating with customers to provide updates. Day-to-day tasks also include coordinating with underwriters, handling customer service inquiries, and ensuring the smooth processing of loan applications. This role requires excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Qualifications
- Experience working with Loan Officers and in the Mortgage Industry
- Strong Customer Service skills and ability to handle customer inquiries
- Knowledge of Underwriting processes and requirements
- Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Relevant experience in the mortgage or financial industry is a plus
- High School Diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in finance or related fields are beneficial
