LMS Associate - Training

BCforward is currently seeking a highly motivated LMS Associate for an opportunity in Mid-Michigan (Remote).

Position Title: LMS Associate
Location: Remote (Mid-Michigan Based Preferred)
Anticipated Start Date: 04/29

Expected Duration: 12 months (Contract)
Pay Rate: $20-$25/hr W2
Job Type: Full-Time (40 hours/week) Contract Remote

Please note that actual compensation may vary within this range due to factors such as location, experience, and job responsibilities. This rate does not include additional non-standard compensation (e.g., benefits, paid time off, per diem, etc.).

Requirements:

Education:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Preferred: 1-2 years of experience in learning and development, instructional design, or LMS administration (training will be provided).
Core Responsibilities:
  • LMS Support & Administration
    • Monitor the Client Learning Functional Mailbox and respond to inquiries.
    • Troubleshoot and resolve LMS-related issues with a customer-service approach.
    • Serve as back-up GrowU Super Administrator, managing training assignments.
  • eLearning Development & Content Management
    • Utilize course authoring tools (Adobe Captivate, Lectora) to build, edit, and modify learning content.
    • Publish SCORM-compliant eLearning materials.
    • Troubleshoot course functionality and ensure smooth integration within the LMS.
  • Technical Skills & Experience
    • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook).
    • Experience with for project tracking and reporting.
    • Familiarity with SCORM compliance and troubleshooting is a plus.
  • Project & Data Management
    • Record, track, and report project progress using
    • Maintain training matrices and support external training offerings.
    • Generate and communicate compliance reports and metrics on a monthly/quarterly basis.
  • Soft Skills & Collaboration
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
    • Ability to work independently and within a team to manage multiple priorities.
    • Adaptability to shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Preferred Qualifications (Bonus Skills):

    ? Knowledge of SCORM compliance and troubleshooting.
    ? Familiarity with learning management systems and best practices.
    ? Experience maintaining file share structures.
