The Role: As an LMS Account Executive at TransPerfect, your key role will be to forge and nurture relationships with clients while identifying, pursuing, and successfully closing sales opportunities for our state-of-the-art LMS solutions. You will engage directly with clients, delivering tailored solutions that enhance their training and development initiatives.
Key Responsibilities: - Identify potential clients using diverse strategies such as internet research, trade show lists, referrals, and professional directories.
- Generate and secure new clients through networking, cold calling, and participation in trade shows and regional events.
- Develop and maintain long-lasting client relationships by providing exceptional service and utilizing insights into each industry and organization.
- Create a strategic sales plan to meet monthly, quarterly, and annual sales objectives while conducting daily outreach to prospective clients.
- Build an efficient sales pipeline and oversee each phase of the sales process.
- Create project budgets and develop tailored proposals for clients.
- Communicate and understand TransPerfect's full range of services, benefits, and competitive advantages, directing opportunities to specialist sales and client service teams to ensure closure.
- Set and manage client expectations while consulting them on best practices.
- Handle pricing and contractual matters effectively.
- Willingness to travel for multiple annual conferences and client meetings, both domestically and internationally.
Required Skills: - Exceptional written and verbal English communication abilities.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience selling LMS solutions.
- A minimum of 2 years in a sales role.
- Demonstrated experience throughout the sales lifecycle, from lead generation to closing deals.
