The Role:

As an LMS Account Executive at TransPerfect, your key role will be to forge and nurture relationships with clients while identifying, pursuing, and successfully closing sales opportunities for our state-of-the-art LMS solutions. You will engage directly with clients, delivering tailored solutions that enhance their training and development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify potential clients using diverse strategies such as internet research, trade show lists, referrals, and professional directories.
  • Generate and secure new clients through networking, cold calling, and participation in trade shows and regional events.
  • Develop and maintain long-lasting client relationships by providing exceptional service and utilizing insights into each industry and organization.
  • Create a strategic sales plan to meet monthly, quarterly, and annual sales objectives while conducting daily outreach to prospective clients.
  • Build an efficient sales pipeline and oversee each phase of the sales process.
  • Create project budgets and develop tailored proposals for clients.
  • Communicate and understand TransPerfect's full range of services, benefits, and competitive advantages, directing opportunities to specialist sales and client service teams to ensure closure.
  • Set and manage client expectations while consulting them on best practices.
  • Handle pricing and contractual matters effectively.
  • Willingness to travel for multiple annual conferences and client meetings, both domestically and internationally.
Required Skills:
  • Exceptional written and verbal English communication abilities.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Proven experience selling LMS solutions.
  • A minimum of 2 years in a sales role.
  • Demonstrated experience throughout the sales lifecycle, from lead generation to closing deals.
  • Track record of successfully achieving sales targets.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities.
  • Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
