Amazon Prime Video delivers the future of Live Sports with broadcast agreements worldwide, including NFL's Thursday Night Football in the US, The English Premier League in the UK, and The French Open (Roland-Garros) in France. Advertising is vital to our success in Live Sports, and we are building a world-class live sports ad program that offers unique, innovative ad experiences benefiting customers, advertisers, and league partners.

The ideal candidate will have experience in booking and trafficking campaigns, creative management, order activation, and other tasks essential for successful campaign launches. The Live Events Operations Associate will collaborate closely with Campaign Services, Sales, Finance, Production Teams, and Activation Managers to support the execution of Ad Sales revenue and on-air broadcast schedules. Flexibility, adaptability, and comfort with ambiguity are required, as workflows involve industry best practices, proprietary tools, and policies.

Key job responsibilities
  1. Maintain high standards in campaign fulfillment.
  2. Manage platform success, ensuring campaigns meet SLA and are accurate.
  3. Execute campaigns by booking, trafficking, and coordinating with creatives.
  4. Communicate campaign status to global partners and adjust creatives or IKVs as needed.
  5. Proactively troubleshoot, solve problems, and escalate issues.
  6. Create weekly/monthly campaign reports.
  7. Lead ad-hoc projects to improve processes and maintain ad-serving capabilities.
  8. Partner with stakeholders to develop and influence new initiatives.
  9. Recommend and implement best practices for continuous improvement.
  10. Mentor and train operational teams to enhance quality and efficiency.

Technical Requirements: Familiarity with ad serving platforms or tools such as Salesforce, OMS, Rodeo is beneficial. Meet accuracy metrics consistently month over month.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Fluent in English (reading, writing, speaking)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • At least 2 years of experience in advertising or a related field
  • Understanding of online advertising processes and live TV ad scheduling, with knowledge of sports broadcasting or live event advertising
  • Excellent organizational, prioritization, and multi-tasking skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to troubleshoot technical issues
  • Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Flexibility to handle schedule changes and late adjustments
  • Strong research skills
  • Experience working with global stakeholders and teams
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Experience in online advertising
